Always happy to hear feedback Brian, thank you. In order to see your website as other people visiting it would, you will have to Sign Out. We are already working on a solution so in the close future our users will not need to log out to see their live website.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with or if you have any other suggestions for us, they are very useful.
Hi there I have just signed up but when you add a product and a buy now it does not work I have just tested it it sends an e-mail is this going to be sorted as seems a bit pointless having this option as customers cannot purchase anything!!!!
Hi, are you referring to a feature that would allow your visitors to pay online? We will have new features for online shops in about 2 months, complete with a shopping cart, online transactions and everything. For the moment you can use the product widget. The idea is that your clients can order online through the form and pay with cash on delivery or via bank transfer. Also, you can change the text on the button to anything you like.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

We have checked your website and it appears to be published and working. Are you still having issues viewing your website online?
We will release our new feature next month: "Mobile Optimised Websites". The feature you need will surely be included. Meanwhile you can use the Contact Information widget. In a couple of days we'll make the telephone field to function as you requested.
Hello again Graham,
We released a new update and now you can link any text with a phone number. Simply use the normal options for linking text and choose "Link Phone Number". You can also use the Contact Information widget from the Form Widgets. The telephone number that you insert in the "Phone" field will be linked automatically.
Thank you for your kind words, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed creating a site using our site builder. You can connect a domain name by going on your Dashboard and clicking on Custom Domain, under the Site Actions menu. You can use any domain name that you own and you do not have to buy it from us.
If you have other questions, please let me know.

Hi, we have just checked your page and it seems it is working. You have to click on Edit Banner to change your banner images. You can change your company name and logo by clicking on them right here on the page in editor, or you can go to Site Settings and then choose Branding Settings and set them from there. Will it be ok if someone from our support team calls tomorrow at noon to assist you with these issues? Just to make sure the page is working properly and to make sure that we understood the issues correctly.

First of all you might want to fill in the Page Title, Page Description and Keywords fields for each and every page (you will find SEO Settings under Page Options on the upper side of the editor). Page Title should reflect the essence of the page in question and ought to contain a word from the text from that very specific page. Page Description implies a short presentation of the current page in one sentence.
At Keywords you should put yourself in the mind of a potential client or customer, i.e. how they would search for your business, products or services on the internet. I would recommend to use expressions made up of 2 or 3 words.
In order to raise the popularity and traffic of your website you should also connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Google+) to your site, and create a Facebook company profile as well.
Another important step would be using our Webmaster Tools, which you will find under Site Settings. Together with Google Analytics you will find its detailed description in our Help section (in the right top corner of your editor). If you follow these pieces of advice and the most important one, i.e. use as much original content (pictures and texts about your company and services, products) as possible, your success will be granted.
I hope this helped a little.
When trying to edit your texts and upload pictures you should be able to see the Save button. If not you should scroll down the editor. After every modification to your site you might want to click on this button so every change should be saved. In the case of the 11"-13" monitors there might some problems with the visibility of the Save option. We are currently working on this issue and by the next week it will be entirely solved. (Also once a site is publsihed and you intend to introduce additional modifications do not forget about re-publishing the whole site so the changes shall be visible online).
Hello Brian. Please go to Site Settings ->Google Webmaster Tools, where you should use the option Meta tag validation. It may take several days, or even a week, for Google to index your site. We recommend you to submit your sitemap through Webmaster Tools, which could facilitate the process. You will find the sitemap here: http://plot46.mycylex.co.uk/sitemap.xml. Good luck!
Once your link (http://plot46.mycylex.co.uk/sitemap.xml) functions properly it cannot give you the message 404 error unless your sitemap has not been adequately rendered to Webmaster Tools. I would recommend you to follow the instructions here: www.mycylex.co.uk/content/google-webmaster-tools under How to submit the Sitemap of your website to your Webmaster Tools account , to be more precise. One step might have gone wrong. If it still will not work out we will find a solution. Please send me a feedback. Thank you!
